PCDC May 14 Contra Dance Registration
Use this form to register for the May 14 PCDC contra dance at Fulton Community Center.

After submitting this form, you will receive a submission confirmation. This form will be closed if the dance hits capacity. If you can’t attend after all, please email contra@portlandcountrydance.org as attendance is limited.  

New time for contra dances at Fulton! Newcomers / Refresher lesson at 7. Dancing at 7:30.
All PCDC contra dances (2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays) now use gender-free calling.
$6-20 sliding scale, cash only
Woody Lane will be calling without role terms.
Music will be by Riff Raff, coming down from Olympia.
Fulton Hall (68 SW Miles St in Portland, Oregon)
Proof of vaccination required (including booster if eligible).
Good well-fitted masks required. (See portlandcountrydance.org for details.)

A well-fitted mask includes masks that fully cover the nose and mouth at all times, are made of multi-ply material (cloth and/or surgical masks, typically together), or official N95, KN95, K94 masks (all without valves). Masks with holes, face-shields, gaiters, and bandanas are not sufficient masking options.
Do you understand that all attendees will be asked to show ID and proof of full vaccination (and booster if eligible) at the door? *
[If you have already shown proof of booster at a previous PCDC event, you will not need to do so again.] Full vaccination is 2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna mRNA or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson. Booster eligibility may vary but is currently 5 months after the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or 2 months after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. Proof of vaccination can be the physical card or a legible photo.
